Q: Can we get a CD of all the images you take of our wedding day?
A: Yes. All our Wedding Collections and A La Carte Bookings include a CD or USB Drive of all your high-resolution wedding day images.
Q: What is required to reserve my wedding date?
A: We offer flexible terms to meet your budget requirements. Two most popular options are: 1) A down payment equal to one-third of your package price, with two-thirds due 30 days prior to your wedding, or... 2) A down payment of 50% with final payment due 7 days prior to your scheduled Wedding/Event. When your ready we will discuss a payment plan agreeable to both of us!
Q: Do any of your wedding collections include an Engagement photo session?
A: Yes, we include a complimentary Engagement photo session with our Renaissance, Exquisite and Divinity Collections. We highly recommend an Engagement session to allow you become familiar with us as photographers and to better understand what you can expect from us on your wedding day.
Q: What sets you apart from other wedding photographers?
A: First off, let's begin by saying you will spend more time with your photographer than with any other vendor on wedding day! Our level of service to our clients is second to none. We have been known at times to become an extension of your family on wedding day! A decade of experience in photographing weddings has provided us the knowledge of how to bring calm and certainty to any situation. As a husband and wife team we bring a balanced perspective to your wedding photographs. Once you have had a chance to view our portfolio, you will know that our work speaks for itself.
Q: How much can I expect to pay to secure your Wedding Photography services?
A: Our clients allow between $5,800 - $7,000 on average for their Wedding Photography budget. If your budget is below our average and you value our photographic style--talk with us. There are a number of solutions and financing terms we can offer so that you won't have to settle for less than top-level photography.
Q: What advantages do I get by using your Professional Lab for prints of my wedding photos?
A: Our professional lab offers the convenience of direct on-line ordering of your wedding images. In addition, we can guarantee your satisfaction and that your images will be correctly color-balanced, cropped and printed on Kodak Endura Professional archival paper, the best print paper currently available anywhere. Costco or Walmart use an inferior grade paper and even though your images may initially look similar to our lab prints, over time your images printed at these fine stores will begin to degrade and lose color quality!
Q: Do you schedule more than one wedding per date?
A: No. We are committed to you and you alone on your wedding day.
Q: Can you hold the date for me?
A: Your date is guaranteed upon our reciept of your retainer and a signed Wedding Photography Agreement. We reserve our bookings on a first come, first served basis.
Q: If I have to cancel my wedding, is my retainer refundable?
A: Retainer fees are non-refundable. We reserve your wedding date and as a result we turn down all other offers for your date. In the event you would like to reschedule your wedding date with us at equal or greater value within 6 months of cancellation, your entire retainer fees already paid will be applied towards your account balance.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes. All legitimate photography businesses are required to comply with California state tax code and apply 8.00% sales tax to all photographic products & services.
